A signed contract and a non-refundable 25% retainer are needed to officially reserve your date.
Once your date is officially booked, I will send over a Style Guide to help with outfits for your engagement session. I will also mail a goodie box which will contain a 90 page Wedding Planning Magazine (designed by yours truly) full of tips and tricks to help you get the most out of your photography journey.
We will set up a FaceTime meeting roughly 2 months before your date to go over timeline and to nail down the photography flow of the day. Your final payment is due 28 days before your wedding or elopement date.
You will receive a sneak peek within one week of your date. The rest of the images will follow within 8-12 weeks following your wedding date. Photos will be delivered online via a pin protected gallery link.
Keep an eye out for your keepsake goodie box in the mail following your full gallery delivery. It will contain your wooden USB and some extra little goodies from me as a thank you!

Have the travel bug?
The deposit is non-refundable. The greater of $750 or 25% of the total is due to reserve your wedding day. The deposit lets me know that you are serious about booking with me. It also lets you know that I will not be booking anything else on your wedding day.
For non-wedding deposits, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book and the remainder due 7 days prior to your session.
Each wedding is different in terms of coverage, but I have found on average, couples receive between 60-80 final edited photos per hour of coverage and between 70-90 final edited photos per hour with a second shooter.
For non-wedding coverage, roughly 60-80 final images as well.
Travel costs depend on location. Most weddings or elopements taking place in the Central Valley will be in my free travel radius, but if you are curious to see what the travel cost will be for your wedding or elopement, please inquire.
Typically, it takes 8-12 weeks to receive your full wedding gallery depending on if it is wedding season or off-season. I would never make you wait that long to see any of the photos though! I send out a little sample within 48 hours after your big day.
Non-wedding sessions take between 10-21 days to deliver after your session.
I am such a huge advocate for doing an engagement session - that is why they are included in the wedding packages. It allows me to get a feel for how you interact with one another in front of the camera and it allows you to get a feel for my approach to photography. However, if you do not need an engagement session, you can substitute it for one additional hour on your wedding day.
If it’s raining or snowing for your engagement session, it’s your call to reschedule. We can pick another day or we can embrace the weather, play in some puddles and make the most of it. If it’s raining on your wedding day, that’s a bit of a different story. We will work with what we have, after all, it's good luck if it rains on your wedding day!
My packages include a second shooter pending availability. Meaning, they include a second shooter if any of my preferred second shooters are available. For any reason I cannot secure a second shooter, I am perfectly comfortable working solo or with an assistant.
I post all the best images to an online gallery. The gallery link can be shared with family and friends far and wide. So instead of emailing each person one photo at a time, you can send out the link and they can download, order and print what they want. This link will be good for six months. From there, the online gallery will be archived to the Cloud. Wedding clients will receive a USB in the mail.

Cannot put into words how much C’anna means to my husband and I! Not only did she provide us with the most breathtaking photos for both our engagement shoot & wedding, we gained a lifelong friend in the process. From the moment we met C’anna I felt an instant connection, and man did we have an adventure that day! Our planned Taft Point Yosemite engagement photo shoot had to be cancelled last minute due to a sudden snow storm, which ended up being a full on blizzard. C’anna was extremely professional with communication and even offered to pick us up in Fish Camp. Our hopes weren’t high for the photos due to the blizzard and lack of visibility but as soon as we hit the valley floor, the sky opened up for a short period and she captured the most AMAZING PHOTOS that we will cherish for a lifetime.
Fast forward to our wedding day 10 months later, the week of our wedding we find out that our venue might be affected by the September forest closures. C’anna was so amazing and constantly checked in with us and even offered to help us find a new location WEEK OF if we needed, she is an ANGEL. Thankfully, our venue was able to accommodate our wedding and again, C’anna was amazing from start to finish and saved my butt on multiple occasions. Our photos are breathtaking and we have received so many compliments. Our bridal party and family were blown away with how amazing, friendly, and talented she is. We love you C’anna!
